Adding Density

Vancouver need to add homes and therefore will need to add density. This needs to be done in a thoughtful way with the goal of making the city more liveable.

Vancouver has many empty and under utilized lots across the city that are ripe for development. These lots for the most part should be used to build 4 storey market rental buildings. Current zoning already allows this for many of these lots.
